Jenniffer González announces $ 3.7 million in federal funds for Centro 330 in Patillas

Washington, D.C.- Congresswoman Jenniffer González Colón, announced the approval of $3,735,611 in federal funds for the Patillas Inc. Primary Health Services Center.
These funds are allocated by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) of the United States Department of Health and Human Services.
The Primary Health Center of Patillas is referred to as a "Center 330" because they receive funds from the federal government through section 330 of the Public Health Service Act (PHSA) upon request from the Health Center Cluster program, as a community agency that offers comprehensive primary health care services in areas where economic or geographic barriers limit the access to affordable health care services.
The Primary Health Center of Patillas has been providing health services such as hospitalization, vaccination, pediatrics, radiology, pharmacy dental and amongst others for almost 40 years.
