Washington DC- The resident commissioner, Jenniffer González-Colón, pleaded before the Committee of Agriculture of the Federal House of Representatives, for three amendments to the HR 2, Agriculture and Nutrition Act of 2018, better known as the "Farm Bill" that seeks to benefit to the participants of the Nutritional Assistance Program (NAP) in Puerto Rico.
